Our business is to research a real estate developer and hand you a written, paid opinion — the RUSE Report — so that you can make your own decision before you commit money to an under-construction project.

We sell one thing and one thing only: a 6-page digital analytical report, prepared to order, on a single builder and a single project. We have no stake in whether you buy that property or not. We do not earn a commission from any developer, ever.

To be completely clear about what we are not:

• ✕ We are not a real estate broker, agent or channel partner. We do not sell, list or book property.
• ✕ We are not lawyers, chartered accountants or valuers. The report is not a legal opinion, an audit or a valuation.
• ✕ We are not a lender and we do not arrange finance of any kind.
• ✕ We take no money, sponsorship or referral fee from any builder or developer.

The report is a decision-support document — one additional reference point alongside your own due diligence. The final investment decision is entirely yours.

Please read these terms before buying a RUSE Report. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

The RUSE Report is operated by Accuspeed Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an advisory and analytical services firm which owns scientificlogo.com.

2. What the RUSE Report is

The RUSE Report is an analytical report. It sets out our opinion on a builder or developer, assessed across 11 indicators, expressed as a score, and accompanied by a clear position: invest, invest with conditions, or avoid.

3. Who can order

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• The information you provide must be accurate.
• You must be ordering for your own use, not to cause harm to anyone.

4. Pricing

Item	Price
RUSE Report — one builder, one project	₹4,500

₹4,500 is the full price of one report, inclusive of all taxes. There is no delivery charge and nothing further is payable.

Each report covers one builder and one project. If you want a report on another builder, that is a separate order at the same price.

Prices may change at any time. The price shown at the time of your order is the one that applies.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and UPI details never reach us. An order is confirmed only once payment has completed successfully.

6. What you need to provide

After payment you will receive a form. You must complete it accurately with:

• The builder's or developer's full name
• The full project name
• The project location
• The developer's or project's logo, if you have it
• The property type and the other details requested

If the information is wrong or incomplete, the report will be wrong too. In that case we will come back to you for clarification. If accurate information still cannot be obtained, the report will be prepared on the information available to us.

7. Delivery

Within 48 working hours of receiving your complete details. The full position is set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy below.

8. The report is for you alone

You have bought the report, so you may use it to inform your own decision. However:

• You may not resell the report or supply it to anyone else for a fee.
• You may not publish the report or any part of it publicly — not on social media, not on a website, not in the press.
• You may not alter the scores or the content of the report.
• You may not use it against the builder in any advertisement, complaint or campaign.

Showing it to your family, your partner, your lawyer or your chartered accountant is entirely fine — that is part of making your own decision.

9. The limit of our responsibility

We prepare every report with genuine care, but we cannot guarantee anything — not that a builder will deliver on time, and not that your money will grow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Under no circumstances are we responsible for investment losses, reduced returns, or the conduct of any builder.

10. Our right to decline an order

We may decline to prepare a report if:

• The information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
• There is not enough information available about that builder to produce a report.
• We believe the report is likely to be misused.
• You are in breach of these terms.

Where we decline before starting work, the amount you paid is held as credit for a report on a different builder.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

These terms may change at any time. The new version will appear on this page. Your order is governed by the terms that were published here at the time you placed it.

This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain English, so you should not need a lawyer to read it.

1. Who we are

The RUSE Report is operated by Accuspeed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company. "You" refers to anyone who uses our website or buys a RUSE Report.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to prepare your report.

About you

• Investor name — as entered in our form
• Mobile number — to deliver the report and to reach you if we need a clarification
• Email address — to deliver the report and your receipt
• Investment amount — the amount you tell us you are planning to invest

About the project

• Project name
• Developer or builder name
• Logo — of the developer or the project, as uploaded by you
• Type of property — flat, plot, commercial, and so on
• Related answers — how you are funding the purchase, your purpose for investing, and similar questions on the form

About your payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI PIN and banking passwords never reach us — they go directly to Razorpay. All we receive is confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the date.

When you browse the site

When you open our website, your browser automatically sends certain information, such as your IP address, the browser you are using, and which pages you viewed. We use this to check that the site is working and to measure whether our ads are performing.

3. Why we collect it

We do not use this information for any other purpose. If something is not needed to produce your report, we do not ask for it.

4. Do we share your information

No. We do not sell your personal details, and we do not hand them to any other party for their own use. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to builders, not to any other company.

In the interest of being straight with you, there is one thing you should understand. We cannot run every part of this service ourselves, so we rely on a small number of trusted providers. They act on our instructions, not their own, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Razorpay — to process payments
• GoHighLevel — to hold your order record and send emails and SMS
• Google and Meta — to measure website traffic and advertising results. They receive counts, not your name or phone number.
• Email and WhatsApp — to deliver your report

Beyond this, we would disclose information in only one situation: if a court, the police, or a government department lawfully requires it. Where the law permits us to tell you, we will.

5. The builder is never told

6. How long we keep it

• Order and payment records — 8 years, because income tax and company law require records to be retained for that period
• Reports and the details supplied with them — 3 years, so we can re-issue your report if you need it again
• Website technical data — no longer than 12 months

After these periods we delete the data or strip your identity from it.

7. Your rights

You can email us at any time and ask us to:

• Tell you what data of yours we hold
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it
• Stop sending you promotional messages

Write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. To confirm it is really you, we may ask you to verify the email address or phone number used on the order.

8. How we protect it

Your data sits in password-protected accounts, and the website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who need access for their work can see it. That said, we will be honest with you: no one on the internet can promise total security, and neither can we.

9. Children

The RUSE Report is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If this has happened by mistake, tell us and we will delete it at once.

10. Cookies

Our website uses small files called cookies, to make pages work correctly and to see which pages people are viewing. You can disable them in your browser settings, but parts of the website will then stop working properly.

The landing page stores one small marker in your browser, purely to remember whether you have bought a report before so we can show you the correct price. It contains no name and no phone number.

11. Changes to this policy

We may need to update this policy from time to time. The new version will appear on this page and the "last updated" date at the top will change. If something significant changes, we will tell you by email as well.

The RUSE Report is made to order and is non-refundable. We would rather say that here, before you pay, than in the fine print afterwards.

1. The position, stated plainly

Please read this section, the Terms & Conditions and the Disclaimer before you pay. Once you have paid, the amount is not returnable.

2. Why there are no refunds

A RUSE Report is made to order. Every report is prepared by hand, one at a time, for the specific builder and project you name. Work begins as soon as your details reach us.

It is also a digital product. Once a report has been prepared and sent, it cannot be taken back or resold. That is why the amount is not refundable.

3. To be completely clear

No refund is given in any of the following situations, among others:

• You changed your mind after paying
• You decided not to invest in that property after all
• The report came back RED ZONE and that is not what you had hoped for
• You disagree with our assessment of the builder
• You entered the wrong builder name or project name and the report was prepared on it
• You did not complete the details form after paying
• The report was delivered and you did not find it useful

4. What we will do instead

A refund is not available, but we do not walk away from a problem either. If something has genuinely gone wrong at our end, here is what happens:

• If we made an error in the report — we correct it and re-issue the report at no charge.
• If we cannot prepare a report for the builder you named — the amount you paid is held as credit and can be used for a report on a different builder, whenever you are ready.
• If your report has not reached you — we resend it the same day, at no charge.

5. Before you pay, please check

Two minutes here saves a great deal of trouble later:

• The builder's name and the project name are exactly right
• Your email address and phone number are correct, since the report goes to both
• You have read the Disclaimer and understand that the report is an opinion, not a guarantee of any outcome

If anything is unclear, write to us before paying. We would much rather answer a question first than have you unhappy afterwards.

The RUSE Report is a digital report. Nothing is couriered and no parcel arrives. This section explains when, how and where your report reaches you.

1. What you receive

A 6-page PDF report. It contains the builder snapshot, the risk profile, an 11-indicator score card, a clear verdict, and the conditions to check before you sign.

This is a digital product. No paper, no disc, and no courier is involved.

2. Where it is sent

Your report is sent to both of these:

• WhatsApp — on the number you entered in the form
• Email — at the address you entered in the form

This is why both the number and the email must be entered correctly.

3. When it arrives

Within 48 working hours of us receiving your complete details. The clock starts when you submit the form, not when you pay. If you have paid but not completed the form, the clock has not started.

Working hours means Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

For example: if you submit the form at 5:00 PM on a Friday, the 48 working hours run across Saturday and Monday, so your report reaches you by Monday evening.

4. There is no delivery charge

Nothing extra is charged for delivering the report. The price you paid covers everything.

5. If your report does not arrive

Please check these two things first:

• Your email spam or promotions folder
• WhatsApp, in case our number has been blocked or the chat archived

If it still has not arrived, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. We will resend it the same day, at no charge.

6. If we are running late

Occasionally, gathering information on a particular builder takes longer than expected. If that happens we will tell you in advance rather than leave you waiting. We do not go quiet on you. If a report is running late, you will hear it from us first, with a realistic new date.

The RUSE Report is a scientific logo energy analysis — an observational study based on the vibration patterns of a project's logo colours, shapes and geometry, combined with our research on the developer across 11 indicators.

It is a decision-support document: our written opinion, offered to help you frame your own thinking.

2. What this report is not

3. No guarantee of outcome

The findings in the report are patterns and tendencies drawn from 20,000+ logo analyses. The actual outcome of any real estate project — its possession timeline, delivery, financial position or legal status — depends on many factors that lie outside the scope of this analysis. We therefore make no claim of certainty about any project.

4. Do your own due diligence

This report is one additional reference point, not a substitute for due diligence. Before you commit money to any property, please independently verify:

• RERA registration and the project's RERA record
• Title documents and encumbrance certificate
• Sanctioned plans and statutory approvals
• The builder's delivery track record
• The advice of your own legal and financial advisers

The final investment decision is entirely and solely your own.

Accuspeed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Scientific Logo by Subhash accept no responsibility for any financial loss, reduced return, or decision arising from the use of this report. Our liability in any event is limited to the amount you paid for that report. By ordering, you accept these conditions.

6. About the builder

Nothing in the report is intended as a statement of fact about, or an accusation against, any developer. It records our analytical opinion. Views expressed are honest opinion held in good faith on the information available at the time of writing.

7. Testimonials and figures

Figures such as "20,000+ analyses", "2,000+ clients" and "15+ years" describe the overall body of work behind the framework. They are not a promise of any result for your particular project.
